Position Summary:
Seal N Save Blacktopping Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Asphalt Sealing Technician to join our crew. This role involves preparing surfaces and applying sealcoat to asphalt driveways and parking lots while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface preparation, including:

- Cleaning, sweeping, and blowing debris
- Crack filling and minor asphalt repairs
- Oil spot priming and edge detailing
Apply asphalt sealcoat using:
- Spray systems and/or squeegee methods
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment
Operate small equipment such as:
- Blowers, crack machines, line stripers, and hand tools
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet daily production targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in asphalt sealing, paving, or construction (preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long hours)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (asset)
- Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
